Start your child’s journey at VKT
We make enrollment simple. Follow the steps below, download the packet, and our team will help you complete everything you need to get started.
How enrollment works
1) Tour + meet the team
Schedule a visit so you can see classrooms and meet your child’s prospective teachers.
2) Gather your documents
You’ll submit the required records (birth certificate, immunizations, and a recent health exam/health form).
3) Submit packet + fees
Submit the completed enrollment packet along with the registration fee and required deposit/tuition to confirm your start date.
4) Start strong
We’ll confirm classroom placement, routines, and what to bring on the first day.

Enrollment is complete once all required paperwork is submitted and finished.

What to bring for your child
Important: children must be toilet trained to enroll.
Fees & timing
Registration fee: $100 (submitted with the application).
Before your child begins: a one-week deposit and first week tuition are due (see your packet/contract for the exact schedule).

Subsidized childcare / funding
If you’re applying for subsidized childcare, complete the Office of Children’s application and return the requested documents. We can help you through the steps.
